Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 600F Flatbed Scanner
I have never been able to get my negative scanner to work. It will pre-scan the images for a preview and the photos show up on screen so there's no issue with the scanning device but when I hit "scan" it scans the negatives but it won't save the file. I get that error message no matter what I try. When I'm scanning an 81/2 x 11 document it saves fine and I have no issue. Help! What does this error message number mean? What do I have to do to fix it?
The Canon support site is the place to go for that if your Manual does not tell you.
However remove the software and reload it - it may be as simple as that.
