Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
When I first got it I had to download Windows Media Player 10 and that has been taking care of. I had the music ripped and set to put onto my mp3 (4GB), but the player is saying that no device is hooked up.
I have checked and rechecked the cords and hook ups and nothing appears to be wrong.
We are also compatible to the requirements.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
