This is the solution to the problem I'm having with getting my new Sentry RMC-10 remote control to work with my Directv HD DVR: Return the remote control and get my money back or throw it away, whichever is cheaper taking into account time-to-return and gas.... p.s. - Sentry did not respond to my request for help with the codes they supplied for Directv satellites via their site.
