You should be able to go to the video card's manufacturer's website and download the most current driver for your specific video card. You can see which brand it is through documentation that came with your computer or by looking in the Device Manager. One way to get there is to left click on your "My Computer" icon, scroll down to Properties, then click on the Device Manager tab, then click on the " + " sign in front of Display Adapters. You should then see which video card you have.
