My screen colors change by itself

my screen colors change by itself, sometimes is last in matter of seconds and somtimes it take up a few minutes, and or is just a quick flickering. look like a light blues cover the whole screen. I tried to mess around with color setting and the connectors but still can't solve the problem and the monitor is fairly new and here is the model (Dell 1908WFP) Flat Panel Monitor.

it isnot softwere fault. probley we get this problem in old moneter. few in new. causes of loose part of bord and back side fitting part of moniter glass. it can be fix by electronix tech. it is called colour fade.(nepal)
