Psp error 8010A110 is causing my psp to have download issues

psp error 8010A110 is causing my psp to give the message (activating download please wait) when i'm trying to download a movie. This happens for hours until it finally gives me the error message. I have tried restarting all my settings and can't figure out a fix. It seems to have started happening after I updated to 6.10 I have tried other movies with the same result. I am still able to download games though...
