Frozen and my comp wont recognize my dj

Hold pause down, press reset button with paperclip (in the little hole on left side), then choose clean up, then select reboot. It will reload your library and it wont erase your files try it, I did and it worked fine after that.

MP3 player won't turn on with or without plug in.

first toggle the hold switch, make sure it's not on.
then press and hold the menu button+ centre button, together at the same time for about 10 seconds.
if that doesn't work try pressing the middle button+the play button, for a few seconds. It should work.
If the thing still doesn't turn on just hook it up to a comp and leave it there for a few hours. mine actually took a week to recover.

I pod scroll not workn

do the hold button thing, then hold the center and play button together at the same time for about 10 seconds, it might not work the first time you have to try it atleast 3 times. if it still doesn't work, hook it up to the comp and leave it for a few hours, it might just be that the battery's dead.
