I have a lot of green red yellow and purple spots on my screen? What is phosporing screen? How can I reset the lamp meter from my panasonic tv pt-52 with out the control?

The colored spots may be a light engine issue that Panasonic will pay for repair costs even though tv is few years old. Contact Panasonic. . No you can't reset the lamp timer without a remote.
