Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Phone dials the last # I called during a received phone call and disconnects my call.

I just bought a new Razr, but it dials another # during any call I receive disconnecting me to my caller. Also, it isn't displaying all my saved phone #'s in my SIM card. Can anyone help me solve these problems?

Well it seems you are not the only one with this problem, according to this thread it's a network problem so you have to might have to take it up with your cell provider.

Hope this helps

I can receive calls but can't dial out

sometimes if you have not paid your bill on time you are able to receive but not dial out right before your phone gets disconnected

however, in the settings and tools there are security settings that allow you to put a block on outgoing calls. check here.

Brand new Motorola PEBL dropping calls

you should try a master reset and clear....then connect back the wireless if the same problem occurs then try upgrading the firmware or have it reflash...that can be done by taking the phone to a mobile service center or mobile professional technician.
