Question about Sony BRAVIA KDL-46S2000 46 in. LCD HDTV
Picture pixelation- with xbr5 bravia and comcast HDTV MOTOROLA CABLE BOX. I suspect that the cable signal is not very good and might need a boost. I have all the correct cables with tight connections. What is the solution? Comcast will not help me.
I have occasionally faced same pixel problem with xbr5. Connect the RF cable directly to your TV and tune it to same channel to verify if the problem is in TV. Most likely you will get better picture quality.

From what I heard, comcast is sending is compressed video signal. I also witnessed this on a xbr5 at someones home. Its not your tv from what I've heard its your provider trying to keep up with demand. I hope that helped.
