Don't know how to recharge

Just use the combined USB/audio cable. Plug the standard USB side in your computer, or even in the back of some modern TVs, and then plug the other side with the smaller USB plug into the speaker.

Not powering on

Computers don't power on for one of the following reasons.
1. Bad Power Cord
2. Bad Power Supply that the Power Cord Plugs Into on Desktops but on Laptops it's call the Internal DC Power Jack
3. Bad Motherboard.
If you see no lights at all when you plug in the power cord and press the power switch then it's a problem with one of the 3 above.

Sometimes you can have something as simple as static charge buildup that is causing the computer not to start. Here is how to eliminate the static charge problem. Remove the Power Cord from the computer or Laptop. If you have a laptop also remove the Battery from the laptop. Press and hold the Power Button for about 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, plug the power cord back in (don't plug the battery in if it's a laptop) and see if it boots. If it's a laptop and it boots then you can plug the battery back in so that it can start recharging.

How do i use my infared headphones and can i use them on my laptop

You should be able to use infrared headphones with your laptop. You don't give a brand or model, but they're all pretty much the same. The transmitter connects to an audio source (and to a power source as well, so you'll need an AC outlet nearby) with the appropriate cable, and you just put the headphone on and turn on the power. Some headphones take regular batteries, while others have a rechargeable battery like a cordless phone; those are recharged when you hang the headphones back on the transmitter.

The couple of infrared headphone systems I've used both had RCA input jacks. The headphone jack on a laptop takes a 1/8-inch mini-stereo plug, so you'll need an adapter with a regular stereo patch cord (RCA plugs at both ends) or a cable with the right plug on the computer end and RCA plugs at the other. Radio Shack sells both.

If you have questions about your headphones, you can usually find a downloadable manual at the manufacturer's website.

My laptop emachines e510 an my problem is that when i plug my recharger he don`t want to turn on and with the battery it`s the same!!! also when i plug the charger i listen a some sound like buzz!!! can...

Most likely the AC Adapter has a short in either the cord or the black box which contains the board which converts the power from your home outlet to 12V or 19V which the laptop motherboard uses. This would cause thebuzz or hum coming from it. I suggest getting a replacement AC Adapter and see if it fixes the issue. The other thing that could be causing this is that the DC Jack that you are plugging the adapter into, could be broken. Most of these jacks have 3 prongs that are soldered onto your motherboard and if any of them break and lose contact to the motherboard it will result in your battery not charging and possible feedback to the AC Adapter. If that is the case then it can usually be repaired at a PC Repair store or Electronics Repair store for around $200. Let me know if this fixes your issue.

How do you recharge camera battery? camera manual is not clear abot how to hook up battery charger or even where it is!

The easiest way is by using a standard USB cable...plug the small end of the USB cable into your camera (located under the headphone jack) then plug the larger end of the USB cable into your PC or laptop. Turn on your computer & this will charge up your Vivitar 550.

Is there any way to charge an ACER computer battery other than through the computer. The computer has a burned out recharging jack. Can you recharge it through a USB port.

No, not through a USB port.

Can you find a similar ACER computer for "cheap" on eBay?
It would not need to run -- it just has to accept the identical battery,
and connect to an AC adapter, and to charge the battery,
even when the laptop is powered-off.

Battery wont change

A problem is just like a mountain. You don't jump over the mountain, you climb it in steps, one step at a time.

1.How old is the battery? 1 to 2 years old, you can expect it to be at the end of it's Life Cycle. Batteries are rated in so many hours of usage.
Best bet is to let the battery charge 24 hours, then try it.

Would be nice if you someone else that has an Inspiron 1525, and they would try to charge your battery. If it doesn't charge up, you would know it's the battery. If it does charge up you can move on down the charging system, to try to find the problem.

2.AC adapter, (Charger) If you have a multimeter, set it to the 50 volt DC scale.
Laptop and desktop computers use DC current. (Direct Current) Your house, for example, uses AC current, (Alternating Current)
AC is converted to DC by the AC adapter, (Charger)

An example of DC current are flashlight batteries, and your laptop battery.
DC current has a Positive pole, and a Negative pole.
The center pin of the plug of your AC adapter is the Positive pole. Any of the four outside pins on the plug, are Negative.
The Red, (Positive), probe of the multimeter goes to the center pin. The Black, (Negative), probe goes to any of the outside four pins on that plug.
Example of a DC Power Jack, for the Dell Inspiron 1500 Series of laptops, 1525 and 1526, (This is the jack inside your laptop, where you plug the AC adapter into),
http://www.megaemarket.com/dc-power-jack-for-dell-inspiron-150150015011505.html

3.It may be that DC Power Jack itself is bad, or one of the solder connections is cracked. It's hard to see it clearly on the link I provided, (So I Right-clicked on it, Save Image As, and put it right in my My Pictures folder. Then I magnified it), but in the photo you will see some metal pins sticking out of the rectangular body.

The metal pins are sticking up. In reality those pins go down, when the jack is mounted on the motherboard. They go through the motherboard, via holes, and are soldered on the other side.
It is these solder joints that may crack, is what I'm referring to.

Solution to 1?
Obviously buy a new battery.

Solution to 2?
If your multimeter findings show lower voltage than needed, it's time to buy a new AC adapter. They have generic ones that can be used on a variety of laptops. The voltage will be stated on the top of the AC adapter.
Example: 19.2V-1.0A
That's 19.2 Volts at 1 AMP.

It may just be the plug end on the AC adapter itself. The plug end that goes into the DC Power Jack, on your Inspiron laptop.

Solution to 3?
Unless you are a skilled Electronics Technician, and have Excellent de-soldering/soldering skills, I advise taking it to a computer repair shop. It may not just be cracked solder joints. The DC Power Jack may need to be replaced. Maybe the motherboard is one of a bad design, and where the DC Power Jack attaches to it, has cracked.
