Problem for Canon PowerShot A550 Digital Camera
Black screen on canon a 550
When I go to take a picture I have to look through the lens on my Canon A 550 because the screen is always black, Its been like this for 2 days How can I fix it?? The pictures show up fine and the video also shows up fine I can use the screen to take video shots but when i switch to picture mode I cant see through the screen???Help?

Sounds like you accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the screen on or off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder, just like you've been doing. To turn the screen back on, press the button once more.
