How to free download dell p4 mother board drivers

Drivers for motherboards(mobo) are produced by the motherboard manufacturer. Therefore, is your mobo is an Intel or Asus or EVGA for example, you must go to that website to get the drivers. Since your PC came from Dell, the drivers must come for either the Dell website, or from the disc that came with your computer. Dell sends a CD with all the drivers on it when you buy a PC. If you don't have the disc, you will need to get them from the Dell support site. Just search by the name of your computer. It is also a good idea to save all the drivers on a CD for future use.

Hi.. i reformatted one of my pc with intel pentium d and mobo "msi pm8m3-v"... the problem is, i lost the driver cd... so i searched the internet and found drivers.. vga, raid, audio and stuffs.....

Keep doing what youre doing and put it on the USB drive its the only way really. If a driver is not an EXE file you need to go into device manager right click on the unknown device and click update driver. Choose the option to let you choose not automatic and browse to the folder your driver is then install it. cheers from Scott and plz vote

Not sure what you have done...have you re formatted the HDD??

If so then you will need to search the vendors site to get the updated drivers.

To get the mobo info download / install CPU-Z and it will supply all hardware info.

I m not geeting a proper sound driver for my pc

You can get the motherboard information by forcing a keyboard error. Before starting up your PC, remove the keyboard. On default system setups, this will prompt a keyboard error and display your mobo/BIOS information long enough for you to write it down.

You can search the internet for your owner's manual with this.

Hope this helps.

Trouble seperating top cover from base/mobo / asus f3s notebook

Have you removed the keyboard, sometimes there is a screw under the keyboard that holds the top and bottom of the case together.
Most laptops have clips/indents that clips top and bottom half of the case together. Start on one side, preferrably at an opening where the CD/DVD drive is located and gently apply pressure to separate the case along that edge. Once you free a catch/clip start working along that edge and continuing around to each side of the case.

This MotherBoard has a special software that comes with it to handle all the sound related stuff. If you install this program it should be easy to control the sound then.

Logitech Wave Keyboard + windows XP

Im certain those features on that keyboard are designed for Windows Vista , but if you have any software that was with the keyboard install it , now these features should work.

If you can't find your CD/'s here is a link to the logitech website with the applications

>> Logitech Wave Keyboard Software <<

If you find this doesnt help , im certain that it was designed for vista not to work with XP.

No sound

It cant be the drivers if you were running your machine and if tried using the onboard sound card, compaq drivers are included in most operating systems (Windows especially).

I know it will sound crazy but
  1. have you tried to check your volume settings i.e. in windows volume control unmute everything and increase the volume of all the bars especially WAV, MIDI, and MASTER,
  2. Have you tried using diffrent speakers or even headphones
From what you say it cant be drivers neither is it your card. And since your card was playing before then its compatible.

I lost my mother board cd

you need to download a system diagnostics to get you the info of yourr mother board. a good one to use is sis sandra or choose one of these

they will tell you what mobo you have and then you can go to the manufacturer and download the drivers. Alternatively press delete when you boot up and go to the bios it should tell you what mobo you are using.

good luck
