I have fractional spa pump with 1000 watt heater. the spa was on but no water was in it while it ran overnight. did this burn the heat elements out of it and can I fix it?

It should be OK. These units should have a flow switch to prevent activation of heating element without water flow. Yes, heating elements can be relatively easily be changed if needed.

Can I use salt instead of chemicals to keep my spa2go clean and sanitized?

Salt is not recommended in Portable Spas as it can be extremely corrosive to metal parts inside of the Power Pack, as well as drying out the vinyl parts, covers, etc, which can cause them to fail very quickly. The recommended sanitizer is Bromine. Make sure you are using quality chemicals if you are having problems balancing your water.

The manufacturer recommended chemicals are available from Oceantis, the only authorized service provider for all of Comfortline Products spas in North America. They can be contacted at (855) 772-6269

Spa 2 go pump stopped. Need to replace the pump? How much to do this? Do you replace the entire unit, or do I need to open it and repair just the pump?

Is the motor running? If it is there could be a coupler broken. If the motor is not running, it could be the problem. If the motor is not running, is there power to it? If not, it may be a broken switch that controls the motor. If the motor has power but not running, then probably the motor, its starting system or bearings. Bearings? Yes, they may be frozen and or dry. Dont spend a lot of money until you have the problem located. Good luck...Lee
