Question about Acer Aspire 3050-1733 Notebook
I JUST BAUGHT IT AND RECEIVED IT ONLINE FROM BEST BUY ON OCT.31ST
AND IT WAS A LITTLE SLOW AT FIRST, BUT YESTERDAY, IT DIDNT ALLOW ME TO VIEW ANYTHING ON MY DESKTOP. THEN I COUDNT VIEW ANYTHING AT ALL...AND NOW..I CANT SHUT IT OFF VIA 'START/ ANYMORE.
AND ITS TOTALLY FROZEN.
DOES IT SOUND DEFECTIVE?? OR MAYBE I TOUCHED SOMETHING?? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I AM NOT SURE WETHER BEST BUY WILL EXCHANGE IT..AS ITS BEEN OVER 30DAYS??
I bought an aspire 3050. it keeps losing settings as well as printers that are installed. When i try to print errors keep appearing "spooler subsystem stopped" The print spooler service also keeps stopping. ACER SUCKS!!! Please help.

i just came back from bestbuy ((over 1hrs away...ugrrr))
they said they have new laws..that they cant service Acer brands anymore as they can get fined. only acer themselves can help. ill have to call tomorow.its a holidays for us in canada today.
so hubby wanted to try and see if downgrading to XP would help. but vista isnt letting me....is there a way????

Take it back to BB, they will have a geek look at it for you.
It was probably bad from the start. Just tell them what you told us.
