Looking for wintab software update for logitech performancemouse MX

You need to go to and download the software, then install it. It will let you pair your mouse with your receiver, and will let you add a logitech keyboard too, if you wish. If you are using Linux instead of Windows search for a program called Solaar.

How do I slow down a logitech M510 mouse? I have it as slow as it can go using control panel mouse settings but it is still too fast

You should have received a software program for your mouse with the installation of it from Logitech. If not it is free from Logitech. In that program you can set all the functions for your mouse, including how fast it moves. I had to slow my Logitech Optical Trackman down for some games I play. It was very easy to do using Logitech's mouse pointer tools. Hope that helps.

I am not a technical minded pensioner and have a CX100 keyboard and want to reprogramme some Hot Keys. Can someone tell me in non technical terms how to do it

Although I cant seem to find the model that you are using so I cannot confirm that it has programmable keys I would tell you that for a non technically minded person the best way to program a mouse or keyboard with logitech is threw there software. It will show you how to map different keys.

go there let it find your keyboard and then look for a compatible version of there setpoint software.

When this behavior is observed when using a Logitech product withinWindows® XP, it may be caused by a feature within Windows called"enhanced pointer precision". This feature may conflict with Logitech's software, causing the erratic movement. Enhanced pointerprecision became available in Service Pack 2 and therefore is notapplicable in any version of Windows® XP without Service Pack 2installed. For more information on enhanced pointer precision, please click HERE. If this link does not work, then you should go to Microsoft and search for Knowledge Base article 895550.

Please see these articles from the Logitech database for possible troubleshooting tips as well:

Mouse freezes

Try reinstalling the CD software program.

Normal 0 Disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

Either the keyboard or the keypad is recognised not both.? Vista problem

Are you connecting by plug and play or did you download the software? (setpoint 4.0) I had the same problem and contacted Logitech and was told that the radio freq. waves between wireless routers, monitors, etc. will interfere with the product causing it to loose connection. Pressing the connect buttons will not fix the problem you need to download the software..(get it from the site) I have had many cases like this and found if the software is downloaded it solves the problem. Hope that helps you.
