Question about JVC Cybercam GR-D72 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
When I turn on my camera it says lens cap. the lens seems to be opening but i cannot veiw via the viewfinder or the lcd screen
I contacted JVC @ 800-252-5722 regarding this problem. I selected the "Corrective Action Program" from the automated attendent prompts. I spoke to a customer service rep. They are aware of this problem and are fixing it for free, but only until 12/31/07. I suggest you call and get your name in the computer ASAP. If the problem is something besides the CCD sensor, they will call to advise you of the charges.
