power on light , no picture or sound, turns itself off after 10-15 sec. clicking sound.

Mine is intermitten. Some times it will work for a while. Then it will go off. When you push the power button it will come on for a second and then click back off. It will not stay on. You can hear the click, and hear and see the picture just for a brief second, and then it's off again. It did this when I first got it. Then it worked great for about a week. It's a second hand TV. My friend never had any trouble with it. It's two years old. It's a Hatachi Ultravision.

Same problem. When turning TV on, a click is heard, the power light goes on and then immediately goes off. The TV is only 2 1/2 yrs old.
