This usually only applies to Secure Digital (SD) type memory cards. The locking switch (thus the secure part of Secure Digital) is most likely in the locked position. It's a small sliding switch on the side of the memory card. Slide it to the opposite (unlocked) position, re-install tha card in the camera and you should be good to go.

There is another Solution to get out sim card error / Invalid sim card from...

How to correct sim card error / insert sim card

Procedure to follow

Step 1: Check the sim tray or sim seater to see if it it broken, if it is, replace it
Step 2: If the sim seater/tray is not broken, clean the entire terminal.
Step 3: If the sim seater/tray is not directly on the board, trace the broken led and solder it, or you replace the broken led with another sim tray.
Step 4: If it is still not working, change the battery and put a new battery, because a virus infected battery will always give such problem.
Step 5: Finally, if the problem still persist, then check the sim card and replace with another sim card if the former is bad because a bad sim card will always display such message as insert sim card or sim card error.

What does card protected mean?

Wheb you have a SD, SDHC or SDXC memory card and you put the switch to the lock position, the card is protected, That means nothing can change the files that are stored on the card. Not by wiring, not by deleting and not by formatting. Keep the lock with up, towards the golden connection points.
On the picture the 64 GB card is unlocked. `the 32 GB card is locked 8ab871eb-243a-48dd-a8d8-58e5df95d568.jpg

Memory cards are locked but the card is not locked

It's unusual that an A95 would report "card locked" as it uses a compact flash card which is incapable of being locked. Please verify the model of your camera, and the card that it uses.
In the mean time, I'll assume that actually own a different camera that uses SD cards. If so, please see this link for troubleshooting tips for SD card locked problems.
But if you indeed own an A95 with compact flash, the problem may possibly be caused by bent flash card pins inside the camera card slot (take a look inside using a flashlight). If bent pins are found, then see this link for a possible home fix.

What does "card locked" mean and how do I get it to go off the screen so I can take pictures again?

Yes card locked means litrarily "card is locked." So you must unlock it.

Eject the memory card and take good look it. On one of the edges you will see a very tiny "latch." Slide it to the other side, and the card is unlocked. One position is the locked position while the other is the opened position.

CARD LOCKED

It means the SD memory card has a little switch on the side that is in the "locked" position. Remove card, move switch, re-install, and you should be good to go.
