The picture just won't come on.

The picture just won't come on. We've already had it fixed once and now it's happening again. For lack of a better term, my husband says that something has blown inside the tv so we will need to get it to a repair person. We live in Westport, CT. The closest repair shop that handled Astar products the last time we had it fixed is more than an hour away from us. More than anything, we would simply like to find a closer repair place to us that can handle Astar tv's.
