Hi,
To unlock the OSD menu lock, press the Menu button again and it will bring up the OSD Lock menu. Then press the '+' button to unlock the menu.

You can try to unlock the OSD menu by:
1) Press the Menu button twice, then press the '+' button, OR
2) Press and hold the Menu button for about 15 seconds and then quickly press the '+' button after releasing the Menu button.
