Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The error message says .."print cartridges .. not intended for this printer". They are HP cartridges. Upon closer inspection I notice that a black plastic well area under the black ink cartridge has black ink on it, and the plastic well area is largely MELTED away. Yikes!!!
Ever heard of this? Any easy repair? I have had this printer for maybe 10 months. Thanks, Bart
10 months well then it is under warranty still. HP replace machines under warranty, no easy fix, never known of melting.
