There is no shortcut. You need to setup new operating system and while setting up, you may format other drives.

Just keep in mind that, you will need the restore/setup cd for the laptop including the driver software.

To reset a laptop back to its original factory condition REQUIRES a DVD with all original software on it. Go to the Manufacturers website and request this disk. Good luck!
