My probe on the oven tells me that the turkey is cooking and measures the time. Hoewever it gets to one hour left and stays there for ever. When I check with my manual probe the turkey is at 140 rather than 180. Would it be the probe or where it attaches to the oven ?

SOURCE: Need to set time on Miele Oven H398B2?
Turn the upper oven on. Hit 'MORE' once or twice until you see 'SETTINGS' touch that and navigate to 'CLOCK' Once there, you can enter the time using the keypad. Hit 'OK' to exit. You can download the manual from the Miele website or request a printed version from them.
