Question about HP iPAQ H5550 Pocket PC
Using my H5550 pocket pc as a display for Tom Tom sat nav and disconnecting the power plug to leave my automobile - over a period of months a couple of pins inside the socket have been bent and pc no longer charges / switches on. GI gusee it means a retun to HP for repair - anyone experienced same and and idea of cost to repair in UK?
Hi, If you search the web for ipaqrepair, you can buy the connector for just over a tenner, and solder it on yourself (If you´re brave!) or the circuit board is available for about 55 quid.
It looks like they can repair it for you too, if you ask for a price
