No can do. Memory cards for laptops are completely different piece of hardware. Consult your Tohisba's user's guide for the exact type and capacities your system uses.
You can try, without fear of having your laptop "blow-up".
Turn your laptop off.
Remove the battery.
Physically, does the RAM fit into the RAM slot? If not, the answer is 'no' -- most "desktop" RAM is much bigger than most "notebook" RAM.
If it fits, connect the AC power, and turn the computer on.
If it beeps wildly, or does not beep at all, the RAM is incompatible.
Disconnect the AC power.
Remove the RAM.
Re-insert the "old" RAM.
Re-insert the battery.
Reconnect the AC power.
Do a Google-search for "RAM upgrade Satellite A15" to find sellers that sell compatible RAM.
