Re: unable to charge

Purchase an external battery charger. I'm not endorsing it but if you don't know where to purchase it, try this site:

My galaxy s3 wont charge it is saying that it is unable to charge due to it not being a Samsung charge how do I fix it I tried a Samsung charger it still say the little message

Remove the internal battery for about 30s, reinstall it, do not turn it back on, then reconnect the battery charger and hope that it starts charging. Otherwise there might be something wrong with the charger or the phone internally. Hopefully its still under warranty if its internal. This usually shows-up on water-damaged cell phones.

Phone not charging

did you check your charger?9 9% of not charging problem is on the charger itself, investigate the wire near the charger body and near the plug or pin.t is better if you can test your charger to another fon thats why you can simply find out if your charger is working or not..But if the problem is not on your charger, the defect is on the celphone connector or its ging regulator.

Samsung sgh p310 wont charge

check to make sure it is connected properly and whether the pins in the phone's charging slot are not broken, because I have a samsung SGH-D807 and I forced the charger in the slot and the pins got broken, it won't charge. I have to repair it.
so connect it properly and check to see if the pins are broken, if not, try another power socket to plug the charger in, not all sockets are compatible with a charger.

Samsung-D807 Headset/Power Connector Crooked

It is a common problem on this model. This connector is fragil and prone to breaking.
To continue to use the phone without sending in for repair purchase an external battery charger.

SIM not recognized

I had the same problem with charging, I found that my car charger and via USB charged the phone but not my home charger. Give that a try, if it works with either one of them you will have to send it to Motoservice center and they will fix the internal connection problem. (save your money on buying new batteries and chargers) Make sure that the phone is not locked to a network, or make sure that the SIM has not expired and has plenty of credit.
