Problem for GE Spacemaker (JVM1640SJ) Microwave Oven

Model is GE JVM1430BD002. Microwave works but

Model is GE JVM1430BD002. Microwave works but range fan and lights do not. Unit "popped" when fan was turned on one time and hasn't worked since. Is there a fuse or breaker for the range hood functions?

Yes - there is an internal "special" in-line fuse. Most likely it is the fan that has caused it. Clean the fan with switch-cleaner spray and make sure it is smooth running. Replace special fuse with identical version.
Check lights before operation.
Replace all covers before test.
