Problem for Brother HL-5250DN Laser Printer

I had a paper jam, whereby several sets of paper

I had a paper jam, whereby several sheets of paper jammed the printer. I cleared out the Jam and removed the jammed paper. Thereafter, the "Statas" light remains Red, and the "Paper" light flashes yellow. I tried everything I know, and still can't fix this problem. How do I fix this problem?
