empty bottom of freezer and run a hair dryer to melt the ice and clear the drain, there is a drain that goes to a pan under your fridge that evaporates the water, make sure your pan heater is in fact wired up, as the factory sometimes leaves these pan heaters disconnected to get the energy efficiency rating for sales.
