The netservers can be used for anything that require a high perfomance computer. The netserver is a brand of HP and have been part of thier lineup for a while. Good servers for any small to medium business need.

Use the other PCI slots. When using 3rd party Video cards, contact the video card vendor to ensure that they do not use "write combining" or "locked" cycles to video memory in their drivers. HP NetServer

Any of the Soundblaster or close will work - it just depends on how fncy you want to get.
As far as additional monitor support, if it is high performance you are after, you can replace your existing card with a twin head card - without knowing what it is you are using your ML350 for, it is hard to give an absolute answer, but have a look at some of the NVIDIA Quadro cards if you are running as a workstation, any of the GEForce cards will suffice if you are running as a desktop.

The problem you will have is with the RAID drivers as HP does not support running XP on this box. You can try to load these using the F6 option during the XP installation but no promises that it will work. Try using a Server 2000 or 2003 driver.

You may get lucky and be able to find an XP driver for the specific SCSI chip set used on your controller. If so, then you should have no problems.

XP does not support all disk controllers out-of-the-box. It provides a mechanism, during installation, for additional disk drivers to be loaded.

Click on you version of windows and I am assuming you are looking for the network driver. If not repost and i will try and find what you are looking for.

Of course they're still useful to someone. Sounds like i'd start with craigslist or ebay. Some of the servers will be heavy, so be sure to list that shipping from wherever you are to them is paid by the bidder. If you can, maybe you should try testing out the equipment to see if any of it works.

For example, Just the first entry sells new for 350, and used for about 175. You'll easily pick up 70-130 on ebay for these. In fact, I could use some of that equipment :-)
