Check first drain hose at the back.
If that is fine, next step is disconnection appliance from power and reaching the drain pump.
Even if the pump is working there may still be a blockage in hose connected to pump.
Pump is accessed removing the small panel on the lower right side , in front of the appliance.
Be prepared to collect a lot of water with a pan when you undo the pump.
A blockage in pump is the most common cause for drain problem, however, if there is no problem on pump lines, problem with pressure switch/water level and timer board can also cause the washer not draining.
Accessing the drain pump and cleaning the hoses will probably fix the problem
