Question about Wolfgang Puck BDRC0010 10-Cup Rice Cooker
I can not find my instructions to cook rice. please help.
I have purchased a WP 4 cup food processor model #BFPR0040 order #841338459 item# 367932 on 1/26/2009 and didn't get to open it till today 8/27/2010. I had purchased it for my daughter who was away with family. Today we tried to make a salsa and the processor was not working at all, so I called your customer service @ 1-800/284-3900 and after attempting to start it according to their instructions, it failed to work "What a Present" I presented to my daughter I feel so embarrassed and then to top it all nothing can be done because it's a year old. So as my daughter suggested I should buy from the stores instead of HSN and this saddens me because I have purchased other things some good and some bad. I guess this puts the icing on my cake :-(

I bought wolfgang food processor about a year ago and have not been able to use it. I have followed all the instructions, and can't still use it, I even figured if I didn' use it for a while that maybe it would work, I don't know if others have the same problem with this model or nbot.Model#BFPR0035CF, there is only one way to put this together, I can't figure out it doen't work.

SOURCE: Rice Cooker Instructions
if cooking rice is your problem. you must first fill your rice cooker with rice and rinse it with water to remove excess starch when your done removing the excess starch you will have to add water for every cup of rice, 1 1/2 cups water or you can try 1:2 ratio (1 cup of rice: 2 cups of water). same goes to any other cuisines. i hope you find my solution helpful.
