Question about Rio SE510 (512 MB) MP3 Player
Please help me to download my mp3 player to windows vista
i successfully downloaded the songs onto my player, but when i turn it on, it says " NO TRACKS". i donno what to do...
I would recommend going into 'my computer ' and going into the music folder in your Rio. If your music is in here then make sure that it is a supported format (Eg. MP3, WMA. AAC is not supported)
If it is in here and it is a supported format then try formatting it and putting the tracks on again.
If that doesn't work then try upgrading to the latest firmware.
Hope this helps,

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
