download and burn a CD for future. Run this .exe file and install the drivers first. The connect it to the PC and configure it in Skype or some other IM. and use it for video talk. Else you must have got a CD with it. That Cd would be having these drivers and a SW to use this camera. Install the SW and start using it right away.

connect the camera to PC and install the camera driver provide by the company and open the driver ..........
