The mechine doesn't drain the water but and the

The mechine doesn't drain the water and the end mode is blinking when i trun it on. when i disconnect the power terminals from the pump the end mode stop blinking and the mechine starts,drum spin etc..
i put a new pump but still the same problem , i checked to see that the controller give 220V to the pump power terminals and it does. it semms that whenever i put some load on the pump power terminals the mechine goes into end mode .
