Hi,
The virus that cause in action in these system file's is using up of pen-drive's without running an anti-virus check before accessing it,if people's use pen-drive's in like internet cafe's or anything like that.You can wipe it of if you know how exactly find the file in the registry.(The Temp folders should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk there. Download CleanUP.).I personally recommend to use Avira Ant-virus or Kaspersky works well and don't slow down the system.

Go start->Run and type in "msconfig"
Then go to the startup tab on the window that appears and look for that particular exe file and disable it. You shouldn't get the message anymore.
