With Laptop power source, if it is not the battery, or the A/C Adapter, what else could cause power problems or make it look like the battery is bad when it actually isn't.

- Computer, battery,power supply are all 4 years old. Replaced broken screen last year and just upgraded memory, but this problem began before memory upgrade.

describe to me how old the computer/battery is and also the condition of the power supply is it the original one or one you purchased yourself.
