Your motherboard is quit old. Built in 2003. In order to stop your games from jumping there isn’t just one setting to adjust. It's a combination of settings & hardware currently in your system. Your graphics driver is built into the motherboard. This built in graphics driver uses your system memory to run your games & display. Most games suggest you run the refresh rate of 60MHz. To set this open windows control panel. Than open the Display icon. Once in Display Properties window click the Settings Tab, than click the Advanced tab. Next click on the Monitor tab. Under monitor settings change the screen refresh rate to 60 hertz. Click Apply & than OK. Your motherboard will allow you to increase the memory size used for your display/gamming. Unfortunately you can only assign a maximum of 64MB of memory to your graphics/display. To adjust to this setting you will need to enter the bios menu. To enter your bios, just as your system starts, press the Delete key every 2 seconds. The bios main menu will load. If you still have your manual, open it to page 24. See, “Share Memory Size”. If you no longer have your manual you can download it from PC chips, left click to open the link; http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWebSite/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?CategoryID=1&Typeid=19&detailid=232&DetailName=MANUAL&DetailDesc=M810DLU(V7.5c)&MenuID=39&LanID=2 You’ll find all the drivers for your motherboard on page 3 of this link; http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWebSite/SearchResult.aspx?q=M810DLU&f=Downloads&MenuID=104&LanID=2 Download & install, Directx 9.0 or 9.0c from Microsoft. Left click on Microsoft’s link below; http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en Even with all the adjustments above you may not see enough improvement for your current gaming. Your last option would be to buy & install a PCI graphics card that uses its own video memory instead of your system memory. If you choose to do this, you will need to chance your bios settings again. See PCI / Plug and Play Setup Page 27 in manual. Any one of the video cards listed at this next link will run with your motherboard; http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/guidedSearch.asp?CatId=28&sel=Detail;55_158_2872_2872 Cheers! Mike
It's hard to answer this without knowing what game you're playing but if I get the information off the net right your computer is incapable of running any of the new games. It's slow, not much ram and poor video capabilities. A lot of the new games require 2 gigs of ram, a 750 meg video card and at least 2.4 megahertz of power to run excellent. What I see of that motherboard you posted under it's only capable of 1.2 megahertz and probably very little ram and an ancient PCI style video card which is about 8 years back in technology.
