well this is the error that comes up in the display because of the ink system failure in the printer
follow the steps in the provided link -http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=439488&docname=c01458034
and after that the printer needs a service for the ink system
