Question about Heaters

Has it always worked like this? It seems like the wiring connection at the thermostat must be wrong for the one to work and the other one not to. Check the connections at the thermostat to make sure both heaters are wired to the output of the t-stat..

To the best of my knowledge, Noma does not make a high voltage stat (M# would be more helpful). You most likely have a heating only stat that operates on 24VAC. Also, at that wattage, the wires on your thermostat would need to be a minimum of 12ga.
