my hl 5150D will not print. when isend document to printer green print stays on but nothing happens. shortly thereafter i get an erro message saying that somethig is wrong but not what. sometime toner lights come on but nothig else happens when i send document

Do the lights on the printer operator panel blink or anything other than you described in your post?

1/ Check waste toner may need empty. 2/ You maybe out of toner. remove toner and give it a good shake will get a few more prints usually. Need more info from you. Have you check paper paths. Have you rebooted both printer and computer. Remember you must remove power supply on both for ten seconds for true reboot.. Good luck
