Psp wont come on (by 4 users)

my child put a new game in this morning and the game froze, she turned it off thinking that it was maybe something wrong with the game. she then removed the game and nothing plays or come up on the screen. that thought it may not be fully charged or something. she then charged the psp, it turned on with green light and then it goes off meantime the screen is still black, nothing comes up on the screen at all.

please help us!!!
