Oven doesn't work

I have an older Crosley electric range, approximately 10 years old. The problem I have is that while the top elements work the oven doesn't work at all. I've tried changing the fuses but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

Hotpoint self cleaning oven won't heat

maybe a bad connection with the heating element. Check to make sure bottom element is pluged in all the way. May need to be replaced if anything looks strange (ie. burnt spot, hole, srrange color, or maybe no external sign)
