Fan on the outside unit is not running

- I think you may have lost your refrigerant, you should be able to see this gauge it will be a small circle with a green dot in the middle, if you see bubbles on the gauge or nothing at all, you are low. you can check to see if you have or try to find the leak yourself with some dish soap in a squirt bottle and spray on all the copper pipes inside the unit this has to be done when it is running, As for the refrigerant you will need to have someone who is certified to recover& administer it for EPA issues.
