Try This :
Goto to printer and faxes from control panel Right click on t he printer icon make it online
If still it doesn't works
Click on Start >> Run >> type in CMD >> OK >> type in NET STOP SPOOLER (Refresh the page in printers and faxes) >>> again type under CMD..... NET START SPOOLER (Refresh the page in printers and faxes) .
Check what happens
Then uninstall and reinstall the entire printer driver from control panel add or remove programs
