No install disc for samsung studio, downloaded from help screen. now does not recognise my usb connection

To connect the Samsung Set with PC Computer or Laptop u need PC Studio of Samsung.You need to download PC Studio then install it, then you can easily connect via USB cable your Samsung set with your computer, there will be option in PC studio by which you can transfer your data to computer,

After install PC studio plug your USB cable in your set and then connect it to the computer, PC studio will recognize your set and you will able to transfer your photos and all the data to your computer

Before connect you Corby to PC you must install Samsung PC Studio in your PC. You can download PC Studio and User Manual from here :

Click at software, then click at download icon.
After finishing download, install the driver. If the installation complete, you can connect your phone via USB cable data.

You need to run the Samsung PC Studio first and while it is running, connect the device. If your PC studio has a connection wizard or something like that follow the wizard.

Disconnec the phone from the PC. insert the Disc and run and install the Samsung PC Studio on the PC. Now reboot the PC. Connect the phone to PC via the USB cable. And the PC should say SGH G600 connected. The with the help of file manager on the Samsung PC Studio, xfer the pics to whatever folder you want.

Go to menu, settings, phone settings, USB settings and choose Mass Storage.
Plug your phone into a PC USB port and it will be picked up straight away.
Don't bother with PC Studio software as it is hit and miss at best.

sounds to me like you need to install just the driver.

firstly uninstall PC Studio.
then visit

the last link is just the usb driver for the phone. download it and install.

then reinstall PC studio.

also incase I have missed something the link ablove also gives you acces to different versions of PC studio XP or Vista.

The more you install the worse you're making it.
1. Uninstall PC Studio.
2. Delete all Temp files by doing a Disc clean up, Start/Accessories/System Tools/Disc clean up.
3. Disconnect the USB cable.
4. Do a restart.
5. Download the latest version of the PC Studio for your phone, and the Windows Vista drivers from www.samsungmobile.co.uk. Install both of these.
6. When downloaded and installed do a restart, 2 restarts is recommended. (I've always managed with just the 1 restart).
7. Open PC Studio and follow the directions to connect your phone. Remember that these connections involve a fair amount of CPU thinking, it's not instant, give it time, and it will work.

My son's phone did the same. I went into the windows control panel, performance and maintenance, system. Selected hardware, device manager, and refreshed the drivers from there.That cleared the problem.
