You have a dead short somewhere. You need some electrical knowledge and a digital multimeter for testing. Take all the covers off. Look for wiring that has rubbed through and touching or melted. Disconnect one of the motors and replace the fuse. If it still blows, reconnect that one and disconnect the other motor. If one motor doesn't blow and the other does, you know you have a faulty motor. If neither stop the issue, then you move up to the controller and look up there. With a meter you can check for shorts within the motors, as well as grounds.
Or just take it to a Service Centre and have it repaired and serviced properly.

Jet 3 Ultra www.pridemobility.com. 3 ... If the circuit trips, allow your power chair to "rest" for approximately one minute. ... thermal fuse on each lead.
The quick disconnect normally has a tab that when pushed will allow the connectors to come apart. You will have to look. The connectors normally are white nylon, but they could be any color. It should be there if the manual is correct for your chair.
Best I can do without seeing a picture or the chair itself.
i take it this is a used chair,u just bought someone elses problem, sorry, begin by checking voltage of batterys, after they are charged, then see if if it powers on,if it doesnt,id ask for my money back,or u can hire a tech to look at it and give u a written report on what it will take to fix it
Hi. What parts are you after? We are pride agents. If you let me know what you are after, I can email you the page out of the parts manual. Do you need parts, or is something else wrong with it.
Hope I can help. Neil.
The chair should have a meter on the rear panel where the 9 pin connector for the joystick plugs into the chair when you plug in the charger cord the meter should move up and the lights on the joystick should flash indicating the charger is plugged in. When the chair is fully charged the meter should read zero or bounce up and down. Hope this helps
You can use the AC charger cord from a computer as a replacement for the AC cord of the charger. If the AC cord plugs into the wall and plugs into the charger or charger receptacle on the back of the power chair, you can use it.
If I remember correctly, This chair has a 4 Amp on-board charger which has an AC receptacle on the back of the chair to plug in an AC cord. The off-board chargers take a universal AC cord which will work with a universal computer AC cord. If the AC cord plugs in, use it.
acampbel I went to pride website and could only find the manual for the Jet 3 ultra. I don't know if that manual can help you but goto pridemobility.com and select Jazzy chairs, scroll down until you see the picture for the Jet 3 Ultra click on the picture and you can download the manual from that page. Hope this helps you
Hi. Go to the pride australia web site. You might be able to download a manual. If not then just google pride jet 3 and see what you get. Good luck. Neil.
