Hi i am having problems trying to install the ink jets on my epson stylus CX7300/DX7400, i have loaded the ink correctly using the users guide but my computer is not recognising that there is any ink loaded and is showing up as empty on my computer screen. The printer is set as the default and i believe all the wires are connected properly. Please help. Thankyou

- I have a Epson DX8400 and have installed original inks after having used compatibles before and it refuses to load the original magenta cartridge its saying its not a original cartridge help- digger123

> disconnect the unit from the computer
> powercycle the unit
> check if the printer itself is recognizing the inks

> if it doesnt - call the vendor with the issue (you a new model and it´s still very much in warranty)
