I put in a comforter which was too large, but I have washed sleeping bags and other large articles before with no problem, so I closed the door until the door locked. That load finished without further incident. The following small load had no incident, but the small load after that started leaking out the bottom of the washer while filling. I quickly turned the machine off and then ran a spin cycle to eject any water. The leaking stopped during the the 7 minute spin. I tried to start up a wash cycle, but it started leaking during filling, again. For the second time, I stopped the wash/fill cycle, and ran another 7 minute spin. The leaking stopped and here I am on the computer trying to find out what to do so my husband doesn't have to trouble-shoot when he gets home.

- Found the problem. The grey rubber seal between the door and tub is torn from when I overloaded it with the comforter. Leaks all over the floor right from the center tear at bottom of seal. (Also torn near the top. I will never overload again!!) Need to order a new seal. Any help with where to order one online??

Maytag model MAH3000 won't shut off after final rinse. Trouble shooting document in washer control panel says ''End of cycle signal ON/OFF'' Machine control connector/wire = P5 (WH11) & P2 / 1 (PU21) 24VDc ON O Vdc OFF; Timer Contract = Not Involved. Does this mean the board is bad because the Timer is not involved?

The unit keeps filling until water leaks from the door. Unless we hit the stop button the machine seems to be willing to keep filling, even while it is in 'drain' mode.
